• You’ll work with premium materials, including custom shower enclosures, heavy glass, and architectural mirrors.

• We invest in the best—from the tech we use to the tools in your truck.

• We track performance and reward those who hit their numbers and maintain high quality.

• We value integrity. If you catch a mistake, we want to hear it. We solve problems; we don't hide them.

• Installation of heavy glass shower doors (3/8" and 1/2"), custom shelving, and large-scale mirrors.

• Ensuring every project is "First-Time Complete" by verifying site readiness and structural backing.

• Communicating professionally with homeowners to explain installation details and maintain a clean job site.

• Mentoring an apprentice/helper to maintain CIP’s high standard of excellence.

• You are organized, punctual, and keep a clean truck.

• You can "see" the finished product and anticipate layout issues before they happen.

• You are a wizard with a tape measure (down to the 1/16").

• Clean Driving Record: Safety is non-negotiable.

• Previous experience in glass, high-end trim carpentry, or precision remodeling is highly preferred.
