Do you have a passion for gymnastics and a desire to empower young athletes?

Gymnastics World Cumming, a premier gymnastics facility in Cumming, Georgia, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Coach to join our growing staff. You will play a vital role in developing the skills and fostering the love of gymnastics in our talented athletes.

Responsibilities:

• Coach gymnasts of various ages and experience levels (pre-team, Gymstars, Xcel, etc)

• Design and implement safe and effective lesson plans

• Provide individualized instruction and feedback to maximize each gymnast's potential

• Instill a strong work ethic, sportsmanship, and a positive team environment

• Clean up routines and prepare gymnasts for competitions (if applicable)
• Attend all gymnastics meets for the teams you coach (most are local and on weekends, 4-7 per season)

• Track gymnast progress and maintain accurate records

• Communicate effectively with parents, gym staff, and management
• Complete routine cleaning & equipment maintenance tasks

• Proven ability to develop and coach gymnasts to their full potential

• Strong knowledge of all four gymnastics disciplines (vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise)

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills

• Ability to create a safe and positive learning environment
• Open mind to learning new techniques & drills

• First Aid and CPR certification preferred

• USA Gymnastics certifications a plus (dependent on program level)
