Guest Services Agent -- Winter 2026/2027

We are looking for friendly and outgoing people to help during our Winter season including Guest Services Position creating great experiences for guests taking part in Skiing/Snowboarding, Tubing, and Night Skiing! Perks include a free lift pass for our Mountain!

Duties

• Providing friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to all guests

• Assisting guest with ticket purchases, activity bookings, and general inquiries

• Processing transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system

• Answering phone calls, emails, and guest questions in a timely and professional manner

• Providing information about resort activities, attractions, events, and services

• Assisting guests with reservations, waivers, and activity check-ins

• Resolving guest concerns and escalating issues when necessary

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming guest services environment

• Assisting with administrative tasks and daily operational duties as required 

• Supporting other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience required

• Cash handling and point-of-sale experience considered an asset

• Previous work at a ski resort, tourism attraction, or hospitality business considered an asset

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities

• Professional appearance and demeanor 

• Able to perform tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures 

• Wear company uniform at all times and adhere to grooming policies 

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a tea,
