Group Home Manager

Location: Canton, OH
Pay: $15.50 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Job Summary

Comprehensive Behavioral Health Associates is seeking a reliable and compassionate Group Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential facility serving adults. The Group Home Manager is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents while supervising staff and maintaining compliance with company policies and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the group home

• Supervise and support direct care staff

• Ensure residents receive appropriate care and supervision

• Maintain resident records and documentation

• Coordinate appointments, medications, and transportation as needed

• Ensure compliance with agency policies and applicable regulations

• Conduct routine safety and cleanliness checks

• Assist with staff scheduling and training

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and outside providers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Previous experience in behavioral health, social services, healthcare, or residential services preferred

• Supervisory experience preferred

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to pass background checks and other required screenings

• Strong organizational and communication skills
