Position Overview

Graduate Nurses (LPN or RN) will:

• Transition into a licensed nursing role upon successful completion of their program and passing the NCLEX.
• Participate in a structured orientation program.
• Work alongside experienced nursing professionals and clinical leaders.
• Provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and assisted living setting.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders (upon licensure).
• Supervise and collaborate with nursing assistants and interdisciplinary team members.

Qualifications

Employment Contingencies

Employment as an LPN or RN is contingent upon:

• Successful completion of nursing program
