Belle Noble Entertainment Group is seeking exceptional General Managers to join our leadership team in Louisville.
This is not a traditional restaurant GM role. We are looking for true hospitality leaders who can understand, embrace, and flawlessly execute Kevin Grangier’s brand vision while leading polished, high-energy, guest-obsessed restaurants.

A leader who:
- Delivers genuine, personalized hospitality — not scripted service
- Knows how to create “wow” moments and customize the guest experience
- Leads visibly from the floor with professionalism, urgency, and polish
- Can manage a fast-paced, approachable, hospitality-driven environment without sacrificing standards
- Holds teams accountable to high, consistent expectations around service, appearance, execution, and culture
- Understands salesmanship — increasing guest spend, maximizing reservations, driving repeat business, and creating revenue-generating experiences
- Can coach, mentor, and develop teams into high performers
- Protects and elevates the brand’s public reputation through exceptional guest experiences and leadership
- Understands financial discipline, labor management, and P&L stewardship (important — but secondary to true hospitality leadership)

THE ROLE
This senior leadership role reports directly to the Corporate Director / Head of Stores and carries full responsibility for:
- Guest experience
- Team leadership and accountability
- Sales growth and revenue-driving initiatives
- Operational excellence and execution
- Staffing, labor, and culture
- Financial stewardship
- Protecting and elevating the brand experience
