General Manager in Training (Future Store Leader)

What This Role Leads To

This position is a direct path to becoming a General Manager for the right leader.

During training, you will learn how to successfully operate a restaurant including:

• Team leadership and staffing
• Hiring, training, and developing team members
• Food quality and guest experience standards
• Labor management and scheduling
• Food cost and inventory control
• Local store marketing and community engagement
• Driving sales and operational performance

Our goal is simple: develop you into a General Manager who can lead a successful store and a strong team.

We are looking for leaders who:

Preferred Experience

• 1–3+ years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or hospitality
• Experience as a Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage a team and drive results
