General Manager
We are seeking an experienced, energetic General Manager to lead all aspects of our restaurant operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, builds strong teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Experience managing a high-volume full-service restaurant is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with proven leadership abilities, strong business acumen, and a commitment to developing people and driving results.
What You'll Do- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including Front and Back of House
- Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly team members
- Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Manage staffing, scheduling, labor costs, and employee performance
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and company standards
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost controls
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
- Restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume full-service setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Proven ability to manage labor, costs, and financial performance
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and late nights
- Strong commitment to hospitality and operational excellence

Hours of Operation:
Monday-Thursday 11:00 AM -12:00 AM
Friday - Saturday 11:00 AM-1:00 AM
Sunday 11:00AM - 12:00AM
