Responsibilities

*Assessing residents’ health needs

*Administering medications and treatments

*Monitoring changes in condition

*Coordinating care with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license
• Strong assessment, communication, organization, and clinical skills
• Ability to work effectively with older adults and residents with chronic or complex medical conditions
• Commitment to providing respectful, person-centered care
