Position Summary
CMI-HR Facility Solutions is currently hiring a General Warehouse Associate for a warehouse position in Hilliard, OH.
The selected candidate will support daily warehouse operations by picking orders, using a scanner, assisting other departments as needed, and helping maintain a clean and organized work environment.
This position requires someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexible with scheduling based on the client’s operational needs.

9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Please ensure that the candidate meets all of the following requirements prior to arriving at the building. If they do not meet these requirements, we will need to request a replacement:
- Be on time consistently
- Able to lift heavy items and remain on their feet all day
- Bilingual
- Strong attention to detail
- Willing to assist with daily cleaning duties at the end of the shift
- Have warehouse experience
- Knows how to operate laptop or scannerThe role involves a heavy workload and is very physical in nature. The associate will be on their feet all day and must be able to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
