• Perform routine maintenance, work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance efficiently, professionally, and promptly.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, appliance and general maintenance issues.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must have general apartment maintenance experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
