We are seeking dependable and customer-focused professionals to join our healthcare team as Front Desk Receptionists. Opportunities are available for both a Full-Time Clinic-Based Receptionist and a Part-Time Mobile Health Unit Receptionist.

In these vital roles, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors — supporting daily operations, managing patient flow, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service in either a clinic or community-based mobile care environment.

The Mobile Health Unit position requires flexibility and travel to various community locations, while the Full-Time role is primarily clinic-based with occasional site travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients and visitors with professionalism and care
  • Maintain patient flow in waiting areas or mobile unit settings
  • Schedule appointments and manage scheduling systems accurately
  • Answer incoming calls, route inquiries, or take detailed messages
  • Verify insurance coverage and collect co-pays and required documentation
  • Record patient sign-ins and post payments into the system
  • Balance and reconcile daily receipts and revenue reports
  • Assist with clerical duties including correspondence, forms, and documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
  • Travel between clinical sites or mobile locations as required
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a medical, front desk, or office setting preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Experience with patient scheduling and insurance verification preferred
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sites (required for mobile role)

Position Details

  • Full-Time: Clinic-based front desk operations
  • Part-Time: Mobile Health Unit supporting community outreach services
  • Schedule and travel expectations will be discussed during the interview process
