Front Counter Receptionist for Auto Body Collision Repair Center

Always ensure the best customer service possible.

Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and

copying for customers, vendors and management.

Customer data entry and document filing.

Manage the customer appointment schedule.

Liaison with transporters that run company errands & vehicle transportation.

Answer & direct calls from customers.

Prepare, modify the output of documents including correspondence, reports, faxes, emails,

etc.

Ensure day to day operations performed efficiently at the front of the house.

Greet clients, suppliers, visitors to the organization.

Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports and

documents.

Purchase, receive and maintain the office supplies.

Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff.

Prioritize inquires & requests while troubleshooting conflicts.

Provide communication required in working with guests, vendors, and coworkers and

including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under

pressure

Post checks, credit cards and cash to Repair Orders

Any additional duties needed to complete the repair order from start to finish.
