Half Shell Dockside is seeking an energetic and dependable Food Runner to help deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests. As a Food Runner, you will serve as the link between the kitchen and dining room, ensuring food is delivered accurately, promptly, and with outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guests.
• Verify plate presentation and order accuracy before serving.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining room and service stations.
• Refill beverages, deliver condiments, and assist guests as needed.
• Remove used dishes and help bus tables when necessary.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.
• Provide friendly and professional guest service at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and customer-focused.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
