Fit Specialist/ Sales Person - San Diego Harley-Davidson

 If you are looking to do something different, where you are in charge of your income potential, this is the job for you!  We will train you on the product and the sales process.  Prior experience is not necessary.

 Duties and responsibilities:

·         Consult guests on the Harley-Davidson brand and product

·         Understands needs and wants for their next Harley-Davidson

·         Fit customers on the right Harley-Davidson

 Position Requirements:

·         Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner.

·         Approachable, likable, and enthusiastic personality. Ability to get along with a broad customer base.

·         Must have a high level of energy, self-motivated, positive, driven, and possess the desire to help customers. 

·         Passion for the motorcycling lifestyle and riding community.

·         Valid driver’s license required; motorcycle endorsement preferred.

·         Knowledge and experience of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and other products sold by the dealership, desirable.  

Physical Demands:

·         Requires the use of both hands.

·         Occasionally required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25lbs

Working Conditions:

·         The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

·         Occasionally exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles.

·         Frequently works near moving mechanical parts.
