Fine Dining Server - Evenings

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction. Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner

- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items

- Take food and beverage orders accurately

- Enter orders into the POS system

- Serve food and drinks to guests promptly and efficiently

- Ensure accuracy of orders before delivering them to tables

- Check on guests regularly to address any needs or concerns

- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sanitizing tables and chairs

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

- Assist with setting up tables and organizing dining areas

Experience:

- Previous experience in the food industry as a Server is required, including liquor knowledge, wine knowledge, and the ability to present and open a bottle of wine table-side

- Strong math skills for handling payments accurately

- Ability to sanitate tables and maintain cleanliness according to health and safety standards
