We are looking for drivers that want to be in a fast-paced, customer-oriented, and team-minded environment. Candidates must be able to manage a delivery route safely and efficiently in a positive and professional manner. Important characteristics being sought are reliability, maturity, and motivation.

Our routes cover Rutherford County, and Wilkes County.

Pay Structure:

• $700-$1200 range for 5 days
• $120 per day during training (usually 5 days)
• Weekly pay (direct deposit option)
• Opportunity for pay increases based on driver performance and route assignment

Work Schedule:

• Delivery Days: Monday through Saturday, average 8-9 hrs
• Full-time (4-6 days); Part-time (2-3 days)
• Some 4-day week routes with extended hours and adjusted pay rate
• Required - 2 Saturdays a month
• Required - paid on-call schedule 3-5 days a month

Job Criteria: This is a fast-pace job that requires heavy lifting and ability to safely drive a 12’ box or similar truck. Interaction with customers and team members requires a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Delivery Driver experience not required, but preferred
• CDL not required

Please ensure you meet the following MUST criteria before applying:

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid Driver License
• Ability to drive 12’ box or similar truck
• Legal work status (e-Verify)
• Pass pre-employment and random drug screening
• Pass criminal background check (no felony convictions)
• Pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check (two or less MVR violations in last 3 years)
• Cellphone with text and data capabilities
• Basic computer and GPS navigation skills
• Physical ability to regularly lift 50lb packages and maneuver up to 150lbs (hand trucks)
• Ability to drive/work in all types of weather conditions
• Ability to problem solve and self-manage delivery route
• Ability to interact with business/residential customers and team members in a professional manner
• Ability to be flexible and handle a stressful workload
• Ability to follow SAFETY regulations and practice SAFETY
• Ability to follow standard delivery protocols and operating procedures as instructed
