Experienced Table Games Dealer (Accepting Applications)

Summary:

Services customers by dealing, selling chips, paying customers and collecting bets, and verifies fills/credits.        

Job Duties:

• Maintain a friendly relationship with customers.
• Exchange cash for playing chips.
• Ensure that wagers are placed before cards are dealt. 
• Deals cards according to Casino standard procedures.
• Compute payable odds to pay winning bets.
• Possesses good working knowledge and understanding of games.
• Adheres to Casino policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Maintains integrity of table games activity.
• Responsible for table security at all times.
• Maintain a clean and neat table at all times.
• Responsible for depositing paperwork in drop box.
• Verify currency before placing in drop box.
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. 

 Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of three months related experience and/or training is preferred.
• Must be able to deal the game in a fluid manner. 
• Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment. 
• Must have thorough knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program. 
• Must qualify for and maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board
