Experienced Meat Cutter
General Purpose: The Meat Cutter is a customer focused position, responsible for cutting and trimming meat to size and other related products.
Work Schedule: 40+ hours per week, weekend work required.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Customer Service
Cut, trim, and weigh various meat and bones for multiple purposes
Clean and cut fish and poultry
Shape, lace, and tie meat cuts
Ensure proper placement of meat once prepared
Wrap and weigh meat for customers when completing an order
Use all equipment in meat department along with bailer, pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with company safety policy
Estimate requirements and requisitions or orders meat supply
Inventory Control
Maintain a clean and sanitary Meat Department
Perform any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Meat and Seafood and/or Store Manager
Required Education / Experience:
Work and education history demonstrating stability
1+ years of meat department experience
