Executive Director – Senior Living Community

We are seeking a strong, people-centered Executive Director to lead one of our senior living communities. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, enjoys building high-performing teams, and is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for residents, families, and staff.

What You’ll DoAs Executive Director, you are fully responsible for the overall success of the community, including:

Lead & Inspire – Recruit, develop, coach, and retain an engaged management team while fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and respect

Drive Financial Performance – Manage census, marketing efforts, labor, and controllable expenses to meet monthly and annual NOI goals

Ensure Compliance – Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and licensing regulations including HIPAA, OSHA, and labor laws

Champion Resident Experience – Oversee resident satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and build strong relationships with families and referral partners

Own the Operation – Oversee all departments with management support, ensure standards are met, and hold leaders accountable for results

Be the Face of the Community – Build positive relationships within the community and with regulators, partners, and corporate leadership

Proven leadership and management experience

Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills

Ability to manage competing priorities and perform well under pressure

Working knowledge of the healthcare or senior living industry

Skilled in conflict resolution and team development

Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
Compensation listed does not include lucrative bonus program you will recieve

Must meet state requirements for Executive Director licensure/accreditation

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field strongly preferred

Minimum 3 years of healthcare or senior living leadership experience preferred
