About the Position

Forest Area Federal Credit Union is looking for an Evergreen Supervisor to lead and support our Evergreen and online lending operations. This position plays an important role in ensuring our team delivers exceptional member service while meeting department goals for sales, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

The Evergreen Supervisor will provide leadership to Evergreen Representatives, oversee daily operations, identify opportunities for process improvement, and help develop a team focused on providing responsive and solutions-oriented service to our members.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Evergreen and online platforms, identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, technology, and overall efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor departmental goals, objectives, procedures, and performance expectations.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop Evergreen Representatives through regular feedback, goal setting, performance management, and professional development.
  • Participate in hiring, promotion, and employee performance decisions.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees while encouraging effective sales and telemarketing efforts.
  • Assist members and prospective members through telephone, online, and other service channels by providing solutions and resolving questions, discrepancies, and complaints.
  • Work collaboratively with managers and employees across departments and branches to ensure an efficient and consistent member experience.
  • Open and maintain a variety of member accounts, including checking, savings, specialty accounts, certificates, and IRAs.
  • Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services based on individual member needs.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with existing and prospective indirect dealers to support successful loan completion.
  • Provide guidance and support to Evergreen Lenders and Evergreen Representatives.
  • Ensure account documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with credit union policies and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and department statistics while protecting confidential member and employee information.
  • Identify operational issues and implement solutions and process improvements that support the needs of the department and our members.
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One to three years of similar or related experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Basic knowledge of banking or credit union products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with members, employees, managers, and business partners.
  • A commitment to integrity, professionalism, and exceptional member service.
