Behind every famous Bavarian Inn Family Style Chicken Dinner is a hardworking kitchen team keeping our guests' favorite dishes hot, fresh, and ready to serve!

We're hiring Evening Food Service Team Members to help portion and replenish side dishes like mashed potatoes, noodles, dressing, gravy, and vegetables during dinner service, then clean and prepare the kitchen for the next day.

Choose the days that work for you! Commit to 2–5 days per week, and we'll establish a consistent weekly schedule based on your availability and our staffing needs. No kitchen experience required — we'll train you!

Position Details

• Wage: $15 per hour
• Shift: 2pm–11pm
• Schedule: 2–5 consistent days per week, based on YOUR availability
• Seasonal, with potential for continued employment based on performance

What You'll Do

• Portion hot side dishes and keep food moving efficiently during dinner service.
• Replace food pans, restock supplies, and maintain proper temperatures, portions, and presentation.
• Work alongside kitchen team members to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations, complete closing tasks, and prepare for the next day.

Basic Requirements

• Dependable attendance and availability for agreed-upon 2pm–11pm shifts
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift, bend, reach, and lift food pans and supplies
• Comfortable working in a busy kitchen and following food safety procedures
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn

Uniform: Black pants, black slip-resistant shoes, and a white collared shirt or chef coat.
