As an Estimator, you will be a critical member of the BEG team, responsible for supporting our customers through the bid process. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to effectively communicate with sales, customers, and manufacturers.

What You'll Do:

- Develop in-depth product knowledge across our core equipment lines to provide the best solutions for customers

- Analyze bid documents, create detailed cost estimates, and ensure all proposals meet deadlines

- Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to clarify requirements and coordinate the bidding process

- Work closely with the sales team to guarantee our full product offering is represented

- Follow up on quotes to secure successful projects for the company

What You Bring:

- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field (preferred)

- 2+ years of experience in HVAC estimating or a related field

- Proficiency in MS Office and other essential software

- Collaborative spirit and strong communication skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
