Esthetician (Full-Time)

Please Note:

• This role is paid hourly, with the listed range reflecting base pay only; a tiered, performance-based commission is available in addition.

• This job is based in our Boston location, with flexibility to also work at our Fall River location as business needs require.

  
  

In addition, Estheticians are expected to:

• Perform advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments within scope of licensure

• Conduct skincare consultations and recommend customized treatment plans

• Educate clients on skincare products, treatment expectations, and aftercare

• Deliver exceptional client experiences that reflect the brand's luxury standards

• Collaborate with medical providers to support comprehensive treatment outcomes

• Maintain treatment room cleanliness, organization, and sanitation

• Ensure compliance with all infection control and safety protocols

• Accurately document treatments, client progress, intake information, and photographs

• Promote retail skincare products that support treatment results

• Participate in continuing education and advanced aesthetic training opportunities

• Build long-term client relationships through trust, education, and exceptional results

Qualifications:

• Esthetician license required 

• Current CPR/BLS certification required

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts preferred

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in aesthetics, skincare, dermatology, cosmetic medicine, or related field preferred

• Strong knowledge of medical grade skincare products, ingredients, treatment planning, and skin health
