Responsibilities:

·       Operate ultrasonic cleaning systems, wash pads, and related equipment following established procedures

·       Operate company vehicles and equipment, including vacuum, combo, and water trucks as needed

·       Complete all required job documentation, reports, and time tracking accurately and on time

·       Perform routine inspections and maintain cleanliness and readiness of equipment and work areas

·       Identify, report, and assist in resolving mechanical or operational issues

·       Work safely at all times, participating in daily safety meetings and completing required hazard assessments and documentation

·       Handle, store, and dispose of chemicals and waste in compliance with environmental and site requirements

·       Coordinate daily work activities and prioritize tasks in collaboration with supervisors and clients

·       Support a positive team environment through leadership, mentorship, and a commitment to continuous improvement

·       Represent the company professionally, communicate effectively with clients, and help identify additional service opportunities

Qualification and Competencies:

·        Valid Class 1 or Class 3 Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract with Air-brakes

·        Experience with ultrasonic cleaning systems is considered an asset

·        Ability to be clean-shaven when required for respiratory protection (PPE compliance)

·        Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach

·        Demonstrated commitment to a safety-first culture

·        Excellent organizational and documentation skills with strong attention to detail

·        Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability

·        Professional and effective verbal and written communication skills

·        Physically capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling equipment up to 40 lb

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay is dependent on experience, performance, and qualifications.  

Hours of work per day are regularly 8 hours per day, 5 days per week with applicable overtime rates.
