Embroidery Specialist

Location: Golfballs.com – Apparel Decoration Department

Golfballs.com is growing, and we’re looking for an Embroidery Specialist to join our Apparel Decoration Department! If you have a passion for high-quality embroidery, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

· Operate single and multi-head embroidery machines to produce high-quality apparel

· Prepare garments for embroidery, including cutting backing, hooping, and logo placement

· Inspect stitch-outs and samples to ensure quality and accuracy before full production

· Monitor machine performance and assist with basic troubleshooting

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Assist with routine machine maintenance as directed

· Support production goals by meeting deadlines and productivity standards

· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency

· Help manage embroidery supplies and report low stock

What We’re Looking For:

· 1–3 years of embroidery experience (multi-head machine experience preferred)

· Basic understanding of embroidery techniques and processes

· Comfortable operating commercial embroidery machines

· Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

· Willingness to learn and take direction

· Good communication and teamwork skills

· Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical labor

Bonus Points For:

· Experience with Barudan or Ricoma embroidery machines and software

· Prior experience in apparel decoration or custom product fulfillment

· Familiarity with quality control standards for embroidery
