Job Title: Commercial Plumber – Modular Construction (Day or Night Shift)

Location: Springfield, MO

Pay:

• 1st Shift (Day): $18.00/hour

• 2nd Shift (Night): $18.00/hour + $2.00 shift differential = $20.00/hour total

Schedules:

• Sunday–Wednesday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)

• Wednesday–Saturday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)

Join Our Team at Creative Modular Construction (CMC)

CMC is hiring Commercial Plumbers to install and assemble plumbing systems for modular commercial buildings, including kitchens, bathrooms, and gas stations. This position emphasizes new construction plumbing in a factory-controlled environment.

What You’ll Do

• Install PEX, PVC, and commercial plumbing systems

• Rough-in and finish plumbing for kitchens, bathrooms, and commercial spaces

• Set fixtures including sinks, toilets, drains, and water lines

• Read and follow plumbing blueprints and specifications

• Perform pressure testing and quality checks

• Work collaboratively with framing and electrical teams

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in commercial or new construction plumbing preferred

• Knowledge of PEX and PVC systems

• Ability to read plumbing drawings

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
