Celebrating 3 years in business, Branch + Daughter has become well known in the community and across the Madison area.

We are the neighborhood meat market but do so much more than just supply meat. The word is quickly spreading about our artisan pizza, wedgie sandwiches, fully prepared chef-crafted meals and our Dry Age Beef program. Our market features some of the most sought-after small batch locally produced goods, apparel, and whiskey/bourbon. Job Requirements

The kitchen is the heart of our shop. As an Eatery Line Cook you will work directly under Chef Judson Branch who brings over 20 years of culinary experience from East to West Coast. You will be responsible for prepping, cooking, and finishing all pizza, sandwiches, caterings and ready-made meals, If you're looking to grow your culinary journey this is your opportunity!

Key Requirements:

• Experience in limited/full-service restaurant is desired.
• Good understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment.
• Passionate about hospitality and customer service
• Positive attitude
• Willing to perform multiple jobs throughout the day
• Standing for extended periods during each shift- Lifting up to 40lbs

Responsibilities:

• Cooking and preparing all menu items with assistance of lead cook and chef

• Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line.

• Food preparation and portioning prior to service.

• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.

• Maintains professional and positive relationships with coworkers and customers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay:  Ranges from $14-$18/hr based on skill level and ability to learn. 60 - 90 day review with potential increase.

SUMMER

Tuesday, Wednesday, Sunday 11AM - 7PM

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 11AM - 8PM

WINTER

Tuesday, Wednesday, Sunday 11AM - 6PM

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 11AM - 7PM

*Shifts typically start at 9AM
