Dripping Springs Caregivers

Introduction:

We seek compassionate, reliable Caregivers to join our team and provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. The caregiver will assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, light meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that clients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other family and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance

• Assist with medication reminders.

• Monitor clients vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member

• Communicate with clients and families to provide education and support

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment

• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience as a caregiver.

• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to follow care plans and adhere to medication reminders.

• Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility, as needed.

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
