Join Our Team
We are seeking a Team Lead to support the Help and Hope for Seniors program. This program is designed to enhance the well-being and social participation of seniors in the community. The Team Lead will assist in the implementation of programming and the recruitment of volunteers and participants. Creating meaningful sessions such as crafts, music, fitness and sharing knowledge an experiences with the group. The Team Lead will also be responsible for a variety of presentations to facilitate connections to community to support healthy aging of mind, body and spirit.
Job Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Education, Social Sciences or related field of study
- Experience working in a similar field in a community-based setting
- Experience supervising teams and/or program delivery
- Standard First Aid and CPR
- Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sectors Checks are reviewed on an individual basis
