Distribution Specialist

We are actively seeking a Full Time Distribution Specialis to join our Chicago branch. The employee is responsible for preparing payroll packages, envelopes, and shipping to our clients in an efficient and accurate way.

What you'll do:

• Handling and preparing payroll packages for clients
• Shipping/ Receiving documents, packages and other client related shipments
• Reporting, escalating or addressing any potential issues affecting clients/shipments
• Assist Branch Management with the day to day tasks of the branch
• Assisting customers with payroll as needed
• Customer support via email and phone as needed
• Data entry and support as needed for other branch departments
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers

• Professional phone communication skills
• Great interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to meet pick-up and shipment windows
• Attention to detail and problem solving abilities
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Ability to work individually and in a team with tight deadlines
