Digital Growth Coordinator
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web
- Help build and optimize campaigns to improve engagement and performance
- Support testing of new ideas and growth initiatives
- Manage day-to-day social media activity including scheduling, posting, and engagement
- Create and repurpose content for social, email, and digital campaigns
- Monitor performance and suggest ways to improve reach and engagement
- Support SEO efforts including keyword research and on-page updates
- Assist in optimizing content for modern search behaviors, including conversational and answer-based queries
- Use digital tools to identify content opportunities and trends
- Support planning and execution of events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and timelines
- Assist with promotion and post-event follow-up
- Use modern digital tools to support marketing execution, content creation, and organization
- Help improve workflows by identifying more efficient ways to complete tasks
- Stay up to date with new tools, platforms, and technologies that can enhance marketing efforts
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong interest in digital marketing, content, and social media
- Tech-savvy with a natural curiosity for learning new tools and platforms
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- A growth mindset with a willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt
