Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Digital Growth Coordinator who is curious, tech-savvy, and excited about the future of marketing. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who enjoys working with digital tools, creating content, and experimenting with new ways to drive growth.
You’ll support marketing campaigns, social media, and events while using modern tools and technologies to improve efficiency and results. If you’re someone who likes testing new platforms, learning quickly, and finding smarter ways to get things done, this role is for you.
Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Support
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web
- Help build and optimize campaigns to improve engagement and performance
- Support testing of new ideas and growth initiatives
Social Media & Content
- Manage day-to-day social media activity including scheduling, posting, and engagement
- Create and repurpose content for social, email, and digital campaigns
- Monitor performance and suggest ways to improve reach and engagement
Content & Search Optimization (SEO & AEO)
- Support SEO efforts including keyword research and on-page updates
- Assist in optimizing content for modern search behaviors, including conversational and answer-based queries
- Use digital tools to identify content opportunities and trends
Events & Coordination
- Support planning and execution of events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and timelines
- Assist with promotion and post-event follow-up
Tools & Technology
- Use modern digital tools to support marketing execution, content creation, and organization
- Help improve workflows by identifying more efficient ways to complete tasks
- Stay up to date with new tools, platforms, and technologies that can enhance marketing efforts
Skills and Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong interest in digital marketing, content, and social media
- Tech-savvy with a natural curiosity for learning new tools and platforms
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- A growth mindset with a willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt
