Relief Sales - Lake Charles

Our Relief Sales position follows a daily account call list and product rotation frequency.  They develop and maintain good working relationships with all customer managers, employees, and receiving clerks. Ensure product freshness standards of ALL products in all assigned accounts. Repair damaged product and packages in the market to maintain high company standards and package integrity.  Verify all paper and permanent Point of Sale materials (P.O.S.), both exterior and interior, are current and in good visual condition.  Build displays, organize shelf sets, and other merchandising activities, as communicated by Sales Manager/Team Leader.  Work with Sales Manager/Team Leader to resolve customer service issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
• Strong selling and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service skills and ability to grow and manage customer relationships
• Ability to move products, hang merchandise and fulfill other physical requirements including: repetitive lifting, bending and pulling/pushing
