Smith Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team. We are looking for someone dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented who can deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments
• Assist with dispatching and coordinating technician schedules
• Manage data entry and maintain accurate records
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Support overall daily operations in the customer service department

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prior customer service experience (office or dispatch experience preferred)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Comfortable using computers and learning software systems
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required

Position Details

• Full-time, in-person
• Pay range: $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience
