Culinary Lead

Uno Pizzeria and Grill is looking for a Culinary Lead to add to our team! 

The culinary lead is responsible for making food to spec, training new employees, and assisting the kitchen manager with ordering and creating accurate par levels. The culinary lead will assist the kitchen manager with inventory management. 

The candidate must have full availability and the ability to open or close the restaurant.
