Craft Beer Server

We are looking for fun, energetic, friendly, hardworking people who love great beer--or want to learn all about them. We teach you all there is to know about this amazing frothy beverage. We educate you on its ingredients, brewing process, styles and even how to sell the right beer to the right type of drinker. It is an incredible, fun job and we are looking for more Beer Goddesses to join us in the fight to transform "dull" beer drinkers into GREAT craft beer drinkers.

General Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests and owners warmly.
• Staying updated on beer lists, specialties, and menu deviations.
• Suggesting beers, assisting in menu selections.
• Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, pre-busing and pre-setting.
• Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor. 
• Standing and walking for multiple hours.
• Lifting, carrying and/or moving up to 50lbs on occasions, 10-15lbs regularly. 
• Bending, stooping and reaching frequently.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be able to work up to 10hrs on their feet.
• Have excellent oral communication skills
• Positive interpersonal skills required.
• Have experience in the restaurant industry.
• TABC/Food Handlers Certified
• Must be willing to learn and be willing to go through our Beer Training
• Must have open availability. 
• Be well-groomed and have a positive attitude is REQUIRED.
• Dedicated to upholding company standards.
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Be able to multitask.
