Cosmetologist
The Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, a premier waterfront boutique resort at the base of the Bay Bridge, seeks a licensed Cosmetologist to deliver elevated hair, nail, and aesthetic services within our luxury coastal Spa retreat. Responsibilities
- Deliver professional hair, makeup, and nail services aligned with spa packages and customized guest consultations.
- Provide elevated client experiences through personalized consultations and wellness-focused recommendations.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards and strict adherence to Maryland State Board health protocols.
- Manage guest scheduling, service documentation, and client records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Uphold the Spa’s tranquil, luxury atmosphere through professional presence and workspace excellence.
- Maintain inventory levels, supplies, and treatment readiness to support seamless operations.
- Foster client retention through relationship-building, rebooking strategies, and product knowledge.
- Participate in ongoing education and collaborate with team members to uphold service excellence.

- 100% commission.

Work Environment
The Cosmetologist works in The Spa. The atmosphere should always maintain a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
Physical Demands
This role requires standing and walking for the duration of the shift, with frequent reaching, bending, lifting, carrying, and other repetitive movements. Strong hand and arm strength are necessary to perform essential functions. The position requires the ability to remain stationary for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Clear verbal communication and the ability to maintain close and distance visual focus are required.
Work Schedule Expectation
This position has a flexible work schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays based on clients’ needs and expectations.
