Cooks are an integral part of the food and beverage experience at Breese Stevens Field. Interested candidates should have prior kitchen experience and be able to work in a fast-paced, hot environment.


Responsibilities include:

  • Follow food preparation guidelines to cook high volumes of concessions menu items without sacrificing quality or consistency.
  • Cooks may be asked to use grills, fryers, or perform general kitchen prep work.
  • Under guidance of Concessions Management, maintain cleanliness and health standards in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Dept. of Public Health.
  • Maintain a positive, safe, and fun work environment.

Cooks are hired for the outdoor event season at Breese Stevens Field which typically runs from early April to late October. This is a part-time, hourly position with most scheduled work occurring during daytime and early evening hours, including weekdays and weekends.
