Concessions Cook (2025 season)
Cooks are an integral part of the food and beverage experience at Breese Stevens Field. Interested candidates should have prior kitchen experience and be able to work in a fast-paced, hot environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Follow food preparation guidelines to cook high volumes of concessions menu items without sacrificing quality or consistency.
- Cooks may be asked to use grills, fryers, or perform general kitchen prep work.
- Under guidance of Concessions Management, maintain cleanliness and health standards in accordance with guidelines set forth by the Dept. of Public Health.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and fun work environment.
Cooks are hired for the outdoor event season at Breese Stevens Field which typically runs from early April to late October. This is a part-time, hourly position with most scheduled work occurring during daytime and early evening hours, including weekdays and weekends.
