Workspace Collective is looking for a relationship-driven Community Growth Manager to lead front-of-house sales, hospitality, and member experience at our Daytona Beach coworking location.
This is a high customer-service, hospitality-focused role centered around tours, relationship building, and structured follow-up.

• Conduct engaging, professional tours
• Convert inbound inquiries into office, coworking, and virtual members
• Manage CRM follow-up and nurture prospects
• Drive revenue from offices, meeting rooms, virtual services, and events

• Build local referral relationships and represent the brand in the community
