Community Director - Vista Ridge

Churchill Residential is looking for a Community Director for Evergreen at Vista Ridge a 120-unit Senior Living community.  This position is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the day-to-day operations of a tax credit residential property by providing excellent customer service each day. This position is responsible for the property's finances, budgets, accounting systems and financial reporting. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to LIHTC. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.  At least 3 years’ experience in a property manager position.  CAM certification preferred.   Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Yardi is required.  Valid Texas Driver’s license and required auto insurance.
