PROCARE Landscape is looking for someone who has mowing and leadership experience. Ideal candidate likes to work outdoors and is not afraid of hard work or working in the elements!

Requirements

• Strong physical condition to handle large and heavy equipment

• Good communicator and team player

• Quick learner and motivated

• Clean driving record and reliable transportation

• Pass drug screen

• Enjoys working outside - summer heat, winter chill

Expectations

• Manage daily routes, timing, and production goals

• Train and hold crew accountable

• Oversee equipment maintenance

• Enforce jobsite safety

Other:

• 40 hrs. per week

• Pay based on experience and competitive industry wages

• Room for advancement

• Winter work consists of snow management
