Spanish-Speaking CNA Field Supervisor (Home Care)

POSITION SUMMARY

All American Home Care is seeking an experienced bilingual (Spanish-speaking) CNA to join our team as a Field Supervisor. This role oversees field operations and ensures caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, DCW) deliver safe, high-quality care in accordance with treatment plans and state guidelines. You will supervise caregivers, conduct home visits, support care plan implementation, and ensure compliance across assigned cases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct field supervision visits and evaluate caregiver performance

• Ensure care plans are being followed and updated as needed

• Communicate with clients, caregivers, and office staff regarding case needs

• Train and support caregivers to meet quality and compliance standards

• Document visit results accurately and timely

• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant service environment

• Participate in developing policies, procedures, and treatment activities

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English

• Valid CNA license (required)

• Valid Driver’s License, vehicle registration, insurance

• Reliable vehicle (field travel required)

• Minimum 1 year of caregiver experience

• Minimum 1 year of caregiver experience

• Strong judgment, professionalism, and able to work independently
