Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – LTAC | Agency Staffing
Location: Baton Rouge, Denham Springs, Gonzales
Shifts Available: AM / PM / PRN / Weekends
Pay Rate: $29-$31/hour (based on experience & shift)

Position Overview:
We are actively seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our staffing agency team, working across multiple Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facilities. This role involves caring for medically complex patients, including wound care and ongoing treatments in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are flexible, confident, and able to adapt quickly to different facility settings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to LTAC patients

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Perform and assist with wound care and dressing changes

• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to RN/physician

• Accurately document care using WellSky charting system

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Follow facility-specific policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Active Louisiana LPN License (required)

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Minimum 1 year LPN experience required

• LTAC and/or wound care experience strongly preferred

• Experience with WellSky charting required

• Ability to work at multiple facilities

• Reliable transportation

• Strong clinical and time management skills
