Customer Service Specialist
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our clients by understanding their needs and delivering effective solutions. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the team’s success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, phone, and internal communication platforms

Take timely and appropriate action to resolve client issues and concerns

Coordinate activities across departments on behalf of clients

Monitor monthly financial reports and manage error resolution processes

Notify teams of client anniversaries and renewal dates each month

Attend weekly internal meetings

Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Education and Experience

High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree in healthcare, business, or related field preferred

At least two years of customer service experience

Experience in the healthcare industry with a basic understanding of billing practices, HIPAA, and related regulations
