Brooksville Health Care Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated, compassionate care team. Whether you’re newly certified or bring years of experience, this is an opportunity to build a meaningful career in a stable, resident-centered skilled nursing facility where teamwork and respect come first.
We’re currently hiring for all shifts and offering immediate interviews.
- Provide hands-on care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Assist residents with bathing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and meals
- Observe and report changes in the resident's condition to the nursing staff
- Promote dignity, comfort, and respect in every interaction
- Support safety, infection control, and quality-of-care standards
- Work collaboratively with the nursing and interdisciplinary teams
- Active Florida CNA certification in good standing
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Willingness to follow policies, procedures, and ongoing training requirements

- $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible new hires
