• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Full-Time
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Full-Time & Part-Time

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
• • bathing
  • dressing
  • grooming
  • toileting
  • feeding
  • transfers and mobility assistance
• Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition promptly
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow individualized care plans
• Practice infection control and universal precautions
• Respond quickly and compassionately to resident needs and call lights
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
• Help create a positive, safe, and supportive resident environment

What We’re Looking For

• Current Florida CNA certification in good standing (required)
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable with basic EMR/computer documentation
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and remain active throughout the shift
• Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required
