What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity and independence
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Assist with meals, hydration, and resident comfort measures
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Active Florida CNA certification in good standing
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
• Strong attendance and dependability
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred:

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Rehabilitation, or Long-Term Care experience
• Experience working with geriatric residents
• Strong communication and customer service skills
