• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care

• Monitor and report changes in the resident's condition

• Support nursing staff with care delivery

• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

• Active, valid Florida CNA license (required)

• Compassion for resident care and strong teamwork skills

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, skilled nursing environment
