  Day in the Life of a Med Tech:

  • Administer prescribed medications with precision and care.
  • Maintain meticulous records of medication administration, ensuring accuracy and safety
  • Working the floor with and as CNA when needed
  • Take vital signs and observe residents to detect responses to specified medications
  • Record and restock medications and medical supply inventories on the nursing care units.
  • Maintain current knowledge of and adherence to all applicable policies and procedures established by the Board of Directors and management.

Requirements:

• Valid state license(s)
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• At least one year experience providing care and services in long term care preferred
