About the Role
Aaron's Towing is looking for an experienced, dependable Heavy Wrecker Driver to join our towing team. In this role, you will operate heavy-duty wreckers and related equipment to recover, transport, and assist large vehicles such as trucks, buses, and heavy equipment in roadside and accident recovery situations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform heavy-duty towing and recovery for large vehicles and equipment

Handle accident recovery operations, including rollovers, winching, and scene support

Operate heavy wreckers, flatbeds, winches, and other specialized towing equipment safely and efficiently

Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trucks, tools, and recovery equipment

Communicate clearly with dispatch regarding assignments, updates, and service status

Provide professional and courteous customer service to motorists and clients

Complete service logs, inspection reports, accident documentation, and other required paperwork accurately and on time

Follow all safety procedures, traffic laws, and company policies
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy-duty towing or a similar field

Experience operating heavy-duty wreckers is required

Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record

WreckMaster or similar certifications are a plus

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure

Commitment to safety, including proper use of PPE and safe equipment operation

Strong communication skills and ability to work well with dispatch, customers, and team members
